At HEC Montr\u00e9al, he has held numerous roles: Director of the Information Technology and International Affairs Departments, Associate Director of Research, Director of the PhD Program, and member of the Executive Committee.<\/p>\n He is one of the founding fellows of CIRANO, where he has led major research projects in e-commerce.
