L\u2019\u00e9tude WOW dresse d\u2019abord un palmar\u00e8s des entreprises offrant la meilleure exp\u00e9rience client, calcul\u00e9e selon 16 dimensions aupr\u00e8s de 400 clients allant de la qualit\u00e9 du produit, la courtoisie des employ\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019ambiance en magasin. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nouveaut\u00e9 cette ann\u00e9e : L\u00e9ger met en place l\u2019indice WOW Num\u00e9rique o\u00f9 116 sites web transactionnels au Canada sont \u00e9valu\u00e9s selon 22 composantes, permettant aux entreprises d\u2019identifier les forces et faiblesses \u00e0 chacune des \u00e9tapes du magasinage en ligne, de la transaction et au retour de la marchandise. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Voici donc quelques d\u00e9couvertes provenant de l\u2019\u00e9tude qui nous aideront \u00e0 d\u00e9mystifier le parcours de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience client en ligne.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tout le monde ach\u00e8te en ligne <\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On pourrait \u00e0 tort croire que ce sont seulement les jeunes mill\u00e9niaux qui ach\u00e8tent en ligne. L\u2019\u00e9tude WOW Num\u00e9rique nous permet de d\u00e9faire ce mythe : ce sont 83% des Canadiens qui ont effectu\u00e9 un achat en ligne au cours de la derni\u00e8re ann\u00e9e. Cette proportion est la plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e chez les 35 \u00e0 44 ans avec pr\u00e8s de 91% des r\u00e9pondants qui ont avou\u00e9 avoir achet\u00e9 en ligne. \u00c9tant g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement \u00e0 l\u2019aise avec les outils technologiques et ayant les moyens, ils sont plus port\u00e9s \u00e0 faire des achats en ligne. Ce taux s\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve \u00e0 69%, soit plus de deux personnes sur trois, chez les r\u00e9pondants \u00e2g\u00e9s de 65 ans et +. <\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sur un t\u00e9l\u00e9phone intelligent ou sur un ordinateur?<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nous pourrions croire que la quasi-totalit\u00e9 des achats en ligne se font sur le site web d\u2019un ordinateur ou sur une tablette, mais ce n\u2019est pas le cas! C\u2019est ici que la notion \u00ab mobile-friendly \u00bb est important, car environ 35% des r\u00e9pondants qui ont achet\u00e9 en ligne l\u2019ont fait par une application mobile ou un t\u00e9l\u00e9phone intelligent. Il est donc primordial pour les entreprises d\u2019offrir une exp\u00e9rience-client agr\u00e9able autant sur l\u2019ordinateur que sur le mobile. <\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les d\u00e9taillants offrant la meilleure exp\u00e9rience en ligne sont souvent des entreprises canadiennes<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fait int\u00e9ressant : parmi le top 10 des entreprises ayant le meilleur indice WOW Num\u00e9rique se trouvent 9 entreprises canadiennes. Instinctivement, nous sommes port\u00e9s \u00e0 croire que les sites web transactionnels aboliraient les fronti\u00e8res et donc renforcerait la touche locale des entreprises canadiennes.
