En plus, les consommateurs pourront donner leur opinion sur leur satisfaction \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9gard des services et des produits des entreprises avec lesquelles ils font affaire.<\/p>\n<p>Dans sa toute premi\u00e8re campagne publicitaire, L\u00e9ger mets de l\u2019avant et sollicite l\u2019opinion des Canadiens.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u00ab\u2009Aujourd\u2019hui, donner son opinion est accessible et d\u00e9mocratis\u00e9 par les m\u00e9dias sociaux. Cependant, cela vient avec son lot de probl\u00e8mes\u00a0: un manque de confidentialit\u00e9, nos commentaires se perdent dans la masse et il n\u2019y a souvent pas de r\u00e9troaction. On en vient \u00e0 perdre l\u2019importance de donner son opinion, de l\u00e0 le slogan \u2018\u2019C\u2019est juste votre opinion, mais\u2026\u2019\u2019.
