Cette d\u00e9marche s\u2019inscrit dans une volont\u00e9 de rester \u00e0 l\u2019aff\u00fbt des derni\u00e8res tendances dans le domaine et d\u2019outiller ad\u00e9quatement les entreprises qu\u00e9b\u00e9coises dans l\u2019implantation d\u2019une flexibilit\u00e9 b\u00e9n\u00e9fique et durable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un \u00e9cart entre les besoins des employ\u00e9s et l\u2019offre des employeurs<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Les employeurs flexibles qu\u00e9b\u00e9cois misent davantage sur la flexibilit\u00e9 dans le lieu et les moments de travail, via des mesures flexibles comme le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail et les horaires flexibles. Du c\u00f4t\u00e9 des employ\u00e9s, on d\u00e9sire plus de temps pour la conciliation travail-vie personnelle via des mesures comme les vacances illimit\u00e9es et la r\u00e9duction de la semaine de travail. Alors que 51% des travailleurs affirment que leur employeur ne les a pas consult\u00e9s sur leurs besoins et pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences en mati\u00e8re de flexibilit\u00e9, il n\u2019est pas \u00e9tonnant de constater une discordance entre les mesures flexibles offertes et celles qui sont r\u00e9ellement souhait\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour ce qui est du t\u00e9l\u00e9travail, le chiffre magique pour les employ\u00e9s semble \u00eatre trois jours par semaine. L&rsquo;important demeure la flexibilit\u00e9 et d\u2019avoir l\u2019option de soit travailler de la maison ou de se rendre au bureau, selon nos envies et nos besoins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Des diff\u00e9rences g\u00e9n\u00e9rationnelles en termes de besoins<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>On remarque que les plus jeunes veulent surtout pouvoir profiter de vacances illimit\u00e9es (42% des 18-34 ans l\u2019indiquent comme premier choix), tandis que ceux qui approchent de la fin de leur carri\u00e8re souhaitent plut\u00f4t r\u00e9duire le temps pass\u00e9 au travail hebdomadairement (60% des 55 ans et plus ont indiqu\u00e9 la semaine de 28 heures comme premier choix). Les moyens pr\u00e9conis\u00e9s pour atteindre l\u2019\u00e9quilibre sont diff\u00e9rents, mais tous s\u2019entendent pour dire qu\u2019accorder davantage de temps \u00e0 leur vie personnelle et leurs int\u00e9r\u00eats \u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur du travail est une priorit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La flexibilit\u00e9, pas seulement pour les femmes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Les r\u00e9sultats d\u00e9montrent que les hommes souhaiteraient travailler davantage de la maison (3,6 jours\/semaine vs 2,9 jours\/semaine pour les femmes). Bien que la flexibilit\u00e9 ait longtemps \u00e9t\u00e9 per\u00e7ue comme un enjeu f\u00e9minin, on note ici que de plus en plus d\u2019hommes s\u2019y identifient aussi. En couple ou pas, avec enfants ou pas, la flexibilit\u00e9 est importante pour tous et va au-del\u00e0 du statut. Il est donc maintenant pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de parler de conciliation travail-vie personnelle plut\u00f4t que de conciliation travail-famille.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un futur flexible pour le monde du travail<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Six salari\u00e9s sur dix (60 %) sont d&rsquo;avis que le monde du travail de demain a surtout besoin de flexibilit\u00e9. Viennent ensuite le respect (42 %) et la reconnaissance (38 %), deux facteurs fondamentaux du bonheur au travail. Pour les employ\u00e9s, le b\u00e9n\u00e9fice principal de la pand\u00e9mie et ce qu\u2019ils souhaitent continuer \u00e0 en retirer est la conciliation travail-vie personnelle (68%). Une chose est certaine, c\u2019est que les employeurs doivent continuer \u00e0 instaurer des mesures flexibles en milieu de travail. Ils doivent toutefois le faire en s\u2019assurant que ces mesures conviennent r\u00e9ellement \u00e0 leurs \u00e9quipes pour ainsi \u00eatre entour\u00e9s d\u2019employ\u00e9s productifs, engag\u00e9s et surtout heureux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><em>\u00ab\u00a0La pand\u00e9mie nous a permis de faire un bond de 10 ans en mati\u00e8re de flexibilit\u00e9 mais ce qu\u2019on vit en ce moment n\u2019est que le d\u00e9but d\u2019une nouvelle fa\u00e7on de travailler. On assiste maintenant \u00e0 une multiplication d\u2019initiatives visant \u00e0 accro\u00eetre la flexibilit\u00e9 au travail. Lorsqu\u2019il est trop complexe pour les entreprises de modifier le 9 \u00e0 5, certaines d&rsquo;entre elles recourent \u00e0 des mesures \u00e9mergentes ou alternatives comme la semaine de 30 heures ou le partage d\u2019emploi.
