{"id":15011,"date":"2021-01-12T16:00:34","date_gmt":"2021-01-12T16:00:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/leger360.com\/lindice-de-confiance-des-dirigeants-dentreprise-de-la-grande-region-de-quebec-pour-la-prochaine-annee\/"},"modified":"2021-01-12T16:00:34","modified_gmt":"2021-01-12T16:00:34","slug":"lindice-de-confiance-des-dirigeants-dentreprise-de-la-grande-region-de-quebec-pour-la-prochaine-annee","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/leger360.com\/fr\/lindice-de-confiance-des-dirigeants-dentreprise-de-la-grande-region-de-quebec-pour-la-prochaine-annee\/","title":{"rendered":"L&rsquo;indice de confiance des dirigeants d&rsquo;entreprise de la grande r\u00e9gion de Qu\u00e9bec pour la prochaine ann\u00e9e"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">M\u00c9THODOLOGIE<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sondage web men\u00e9 du 23 novembre au 11 d\u00e9cembre 2020 aupr\u00e8s d&rsquo;un \u00e9chantillon de 453 gestionnaires et dirigeants d&rsquo;entreprise de la r\u00e9gion Capitale-Nationale issu de listes de contacts fournies par Qu\u00e9bec International (QI) et la Chambre de commerce et d\u2019industrie de Qu\u00e9bec (CCIQ).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c0 titre comparatif, un \u00e9chantillon probabiliste de m\u00eame taille (453 r\u00e9pondants) comporterait une marge d\u2019erreur maximale de \u00b14,6%, et ce, dans un intervalle de confiance de 95% (19 fois sur 20).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les r\u00e9sultats pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s dans cette \u00e9tude sont conformes aux standards en mati\u00e8re de recherche sur l\u2019opinion publique et aux exigences de divulgation du CRIC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">FAITS SAILLANTS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les dirigeants d\u2019entreprise entrevoient l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2021 avec plus de prudence que les ann\u00e9es pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes, mais croient tout de m\u00eame qu\u2019elle sera l\u00e9g\u00e8rement meilleure que l\u2019\u00e9valuation qu\u2019ils font de 2020 (63,8 pour 2021, contre 60,4 en 2020).<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">34% des dirigeants interrog\u00e9s jugent que 2020 a \u00e9t\u00e9 une ann\u00e9e difficile pour leur secteur d\u2019activit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le march\u00e9 de la r\u00e9gion de Qu\u00e9bec est toujours le plus prometteur \u00e0 leurs yeux (59,8).<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les indices pour les march\u00e9s \u00ab\u00a0Ailleurs dans le monde \u00bb (53,7) et de l\u2019Union europ\u00e9enne (53,0) sont encore une fois plus faibles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Malgr\u00e9 l\u2019ann\u00e9e qu\u2019on vient de vivre, la majorit\u00e9 (57%) des dirigeants d\u2019entreprise interrog\u00e9s souhaitent r\u00e9aliser des investissements dans leur entreprise en 2021.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ces investissements seront surtout en recherche et d\u00e9veloppement (50%) et en informatique (45%).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">En 2020, 46% des entreprises ont d\u00fb proc\u00e9der \u00e0 des mises \u00e0 pied permanentes ou temporaires.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En contrepartie, 65% ont fait des embauches. Somme toute, six entreprises sur dix ont aujourd\u2019hui un nombre \u00e9gal ou sup\u00e9rieur d\u2019employ\u00e9s \u00e0 ce qu\u2019ils avaient en janvier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les pr\u00e9visions d\u2019embauche sont encourageantes : 83% pr\u00e9voient engager du personnel en 2021.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les principaux besoins \u00e0 combler par les embauches sont li\u00e9s \u00e0 la croissance des activit\u00e9s (49%) et au roulement de personnel (47%).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La pand\u00e9mie n\u2019ayant pas mis fin \u00e0 la p\u00e9nurie de main-d\u2019\u0153uvre, le recrutement et la r\u00e9tention du personnel (38%) constituent toujours la principale inqui\u00e9tude des dirigeants d\u2019entreprise pour l\u2019ann\u00e9e \u00e0 venir.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un autre aspect actuellement au c\u0153ur de la gestion des ressources humaines et li\u00e9 \u00e0 la pand\u00e9mie est la sant\u00e9 mentale des dirigeants et des employ\u00e9s. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c0 l\u2019heure actuelle, moins de la moiti\u00e9 (47%) des dirigeants questionn\u00e9s font une \u00e9valuation positive de leur sant\u00e9 mentale (tr\u00e8s bonne : 32%, excellente : 15%). Selon leur \u00e9valuation, la situation de leurs employ\u00e9s est plus inqui\u00e9tante : 26% seulement jugent qu\u2019elle est tr\u00e8s bonne (23%) ou excellente
