M\u00c9THODOLOGIE DU SONDAGE\u00a0<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Le sondage a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9 en deux temps. Une question ouverte a \u00e9t\u00e9 pos\u00e9e aux pan\u00e9listes LEO (L\u00e9ger Opinion) pour qu\u2019ils soumettent les restaurants rapides qu\u2019ils pr\u00e9f\u00e8rent. Ensuite, un sondage scientifique a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9 aupr\u00e8s d\u2019un millier de Qu\u00e9b\u00e9coises et Qu\u00e9b\u00e9cois repr\u00e9sentatifs du 18 au 20 juin 2021 sur la base des restaurants les plus mentionn\u00e9s pour qu\u2019ils \u00e9tablissent leurs trois premiers choix.
