Ce sont ces peuples nouveaux aux valeurs et pr\u00e9occupations distinctes que l\u2019\u00e9tude Jeunesse d\u00e9cortique ann\u00e9e apr\u00e8s ann\u00e9e pour aider les organisations \u00e0 parfaire leur compr\u00e9hension et leur relation avec les jeunes g\u00e9n\u00e9rations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nos sondages l\u2019indiquent\u00a0: l\u2019appartenance \u00e0 une g\u00e9n\u00e9ration est bien souvent le facteur le plus probant pour d\u00e9terminer des comportements. Voil\u00e0 pourquoi l\u2019\u00e9tude Jeunesse constitue un outil essentiel pour les organisations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La premi\u00e8re section de notre analyse s\u2019int\u00e9resse \u00e0 la citoyennet\u00e9 des jeunes g\u00e9n\u00e9rations \u00e0 l\u2019aube de l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2022. Construite \u00e0 partir d\u2019une quinzaine de questions, elle tente de d\u00e9finir la constitution du jeune citoyen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-crise-de-l-avenir\">Crise de l\u2019avenir<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Qu\u2019il soit de la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration Z ou Y, le jeune citoyen exprime une v\u00e9ritable crainte vis-\u00e0-vis son avenir personnel et collectif. C\u2019est l\u2019un des constats majeurs de notre \u00e9tude. Dans un contexte de pand\u00e9mie, ce \u00ab\u00a0pessimisme g\u00e9n\u00e9rationnel\u00a0\u00bb s\u2019aggrave d\u2019ann\u00e9e en ann\u00e9e. Effectivement, ils sont <strong>66%<\/strong> \u00e0 croire que, malgr\u00e9 une ann\u00e9e 2021 difficile, la situation \u00e9conomique canadienne ne va pas s\u2019am\u00e9liorer en 2022. Ce n\u2019est gu\u00e8re mieux au niveau de leurs finances personnelles\u00a0: 62% ne croient pas que leurs finances personnelles conna\u00eetront une croissance en 2022, en d\u00e9pit du fait que leur jeune \u00e2ge fait en sorte que chaque ann\u00e9e marque potentiellement une croissance de leur statut socio-\u00e9conomique. Plusieurs (53%) craignent une rel\u00e9gation sociale, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire qu\u2019ils seront plus pauvres que leurs parents au cours de leur vie. On ne peut \u00eatre surpris, en cons\u00e9quence, que 56% de la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration Z et Y estiment faire partie d\u2019une g\u00e9n\u00e9ration d\u00e9savantag\u00e9e par rapport aux autres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sur le plan social et environnemental, la situation suit la m\u00eame tendance. <strong>77%<\/strong> ne croient pas que la situation politique va s&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer au Canada en 2022, tandis que <strong>79%<\/strong> estiment la m\u00eame chose pour la situation environnementale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/leger360.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/Citoyennete_1_FR-1024x576.jpg\" alt=\"De mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, comment croyez-vous ... va \u00e9voluer dans la prochaine ann\u00e9e?\" class=\"wp-image-34061\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous faisons face \u00e0 deux jeunes g\u00e9n\u00e9rations \u00e0 la fois inqui\u00e8tes et r\u00e9sign\u00e9es quant \u00e0 l\u2019am\u00e9lioration du monde \u00e0 court, moyen et long terme. Bien s\u00fbr, cela entra\u00eene des cons\u00e9quences sur la fa\u00e7on dont les Z et les mill\u00e9niaux con\u00e7oivent le march\u00e9 de l\u2019emploi et de la consommation. Les jeunes citoyens ont besoin de croire en ce qu\u2019ils font et en ce qu\u2019ils ach\u00e8tent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">M\u00e9fiance envers les institutions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Le pessimisme face \u00e0 l\u2019avenir s\u2019accompagne d\u2019une m\u00e9fiance envers les institutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/leger360.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/Citoyennete_2_FR-1024x576.jpg\" alt=\"De fa\u00e7on g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, faites-vous confiance aux institutions suivantes?\" class=\"wp-image-34063\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au bas de cette liste, la confiance envers les grandes entreprises se situe \u00e0 seulement <strong>32%<\/strong>, m\u00eame si une majorit\u00e9 d\u2019entre eux y travaille. La confiance envers les gouvernements s\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve \u00e0 seulement <strong>43%<\/strong>. \u00c0 l\u2019inverse des baby-boomers qui ont int\u00e9gr\u00e9 les institutions en place pour s\u2019enrichir et mener une vie confortable, les membres des jeunes g\u00e9n\u00e9rations n\u2019ont pas l\u2019impression que les leviers institutionnels pourront leur permettre d\u2019am\u00e9liorer leur sort. L\u2019\u00e9rosion de leur confiance envers elles d\u00e9montre davantage que pour les Z et les mill\u00e9niaux, les diff\u00e9rentes institutions peuvent repr\u00e9senter un frein \u00e0 leur d\u00e9veloppement. Elles sont consid\u00e9r\u00e9es comme trop lourdes, trop hi\u00e9rarchiques, et porteuses, pour beaucoup, d\u2019in\u00e9galit\u00e9s et de discrimination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">Pour toute entreprise, publique ou priv\u00e9e, cette m\u00e9fiance peut constituer le point de d\u00e9part d\u2019une r\u00e9flexion. In\u00e9vitablement, les jeunes g\u00e9n\u00e9rations se frotteront aux institutions, que ce soit comme employ\u00e9, comme consommateur ou comme \u00e9lecteur. C\u2019est \u00e0 ce moment qu\u2019elles devront leur faire comprendre que c\u2019est en investissant dans ces grandes structures qu\u2019ils pourront am\u00e9liorer leur monde en lequel ils n\u2019ont pas vraiment confiance. Les jeunes citoyens de 2022 veulent am\u00e9liorer leur condition et leur monde, mais ils craignent l&rsquo;avenir et ne savent pas par o\u00f9 commencer.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00c0 propos de l&rsquo;\u00e9tude Jeunesse<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9tude Jeunesse imagin\u00e9e par L\u00e9ger en est d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e0 sa 4<sup>e<\/sup> \u00e9dition. Jeunesse, qui \u00e9tudie deux jeunes g\u00e9n\u00e9rations, soit les mill\u00e9niaux, \u00e2g\u00e9s de 26 \u00e0 40 ans, et les membres de la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration Z, \u00e2g\u00e9s de 13 \u00e0 25 ans, nous permet d\u2019analyser en profondeur les comportements et les valeurs des jeunes \u00e0 l\u2019aube de l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2022. Cette \u00e9dition tente de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 la question : \u00eatre un jeune en 2022, \u00e7a veut dire quoi?
