Elle permet, entre autres, aux entreprises de suivre leur score de r\u00e9putation dans le temps. Cette ann\u00e9e, nous avons sond\u00e9 plus de 38 000 <strong>Canadiens<\/strong> afin d\u2019obtenir leur point de vue sur plus de 285 entreprises, dans 30 secteurs d\u2019activit\u00e9s diff\u00e9rents. Pour la portion<strong> qu\u00e9b\u00e9coise <\/strong>du sondage, 17 221 Qu\u00e9b\u00e9cois ont \u00e9t\u00e9 sond\u00e9s afin d\u2019explorer leur point de vue sur 354 entreprises dans 35 secteurs d\u2019activit\u00e9s diff\u00e9rents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le palmar\u00e8s des 10 entreprises les mieux r\u00e9put\u00e9es <u>au Qu\u00e9bec<\/u> en 2022<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Le score maximal possible est de 100. Cette ann\u00e9e, les entreprises les plus admir\u00e9es des Qu\u00e9b\u00e9cois sont :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jeancoutu.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Jean Coutu<\/a> (score : 84)<br>2. <a href=\"https:\/\/about.google\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Google<\/a> (score : 82)<br>3. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.iga.net\/fr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">IGA<\/a> (score : 80)<br>4. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.canadiantire.ca\/fr.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Canadian Tire<\/a> (score : 79)<br>5. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.interac.ca\/fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Interac<\/a> (score : 78)<br>6. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.metro.ca\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Metro<\/a> (score : 75)<br>7. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sony.ca\/fr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Sony<\/a> (score : 75)<br>8. <a href=\"https:\/\/about.youtube\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">YouTube<\/a> (score : 74)<br>9. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.microsoft.com\/fr-ca\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Microsoft<\/a> (score : 74)<br>10. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.toyota.ca\/toyota\/fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Toyota<\/a> (score : 74)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/leger360.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/Reputation-2022_QC_TOP10-1-1024x1024-1.jpg\" alt=\"Le palmar\u00e8s des 10 entreprises les mieux r\u00e9put\u00e9es au Qu\u00e9bec en 2022\" class=\"wp-image-34545\" width=\"600\" height=\"600\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-quelques-faits-saillants-de-l-tude-r-putation-2022\">Quelques faits saillants de l\u2019\u00e9tude R\u00e9putation 2022<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Hormis quelques surprises qui m\u00e9ritent mention, telles que le retour de Google en 2<sup>e<\/sup> place, ou la baisse de Canadian Tire en 5<sup>e<\/sup> apr\u00e8s sa position de t\u00eate de 2021, ou encore l\u2019arriv\u00e9e de YouTube en 9<sup>e <\/sup>cetteann\u00e9e, nous constatons que dans l&rsquo;ensemble les scores de r\u00e9putation des meilleurs ne sont plus \u00e0 la hauteur de ce qu\u2019ils ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9. C\u2019est dans cet \u00e9tat d\u2019esprit que nous avons choisi cette ann\u00e9e de prendre du recul, afin de proc\u00e9der \u00e0 une analyse comparative de donn\u00e9es distante d\u2019une d\u00e9cennie, soit 2013 et 2022. Cette analyse du palmar\u00e8s 50 pour ces deux ann\u00e9es nous a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 quelques constats fort \u00e9clairants sur les tendances de fond en mati\u00e8re de r\u00e9putation corporative depuis 10 ans au Canada et au Qu\u00e9bec.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>D\u2019abord, dans l\u2019ensemble, nous constatons que le palmar\u00e8s des 50 entreprises les plus admir\u00e9es de 2022 affiche une baisse m\u00e9diane de -8 points du score de r\u00e9putation compar\u00e9 \u00e0 celui de 2013.<\/strong> En 2022, le plus haut score au Canada est de 73 alors qu\u2019en 2013 il \u00e9tait de 91, une baisse de -18. Au Qu\u00e9bec, la baisse est un peu moins marqu\u00e9e, mais tout aussi notable, avec 84 comme plus haut score de r\u00e9putation en 2022 et 96 en 2013, soit une baisse de -12 points.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ensuite, cette baisse g\u00e9n\u00e9ralis\u00e9e des scores de r\u00e9putation chez nos meneurs s\u2019explique essentiellement par une baisse marqu\u00e9e des % de<em> bonne opinion<\/em><\/strong>, sans aucun \u00e9gard aux secteurs d\u2019activit\u00e9. Effectivement, au Canada le meilleur taux de <em>bonne opinion<\/em> se situait \u00e0 93% en 2013 et chute de -13% en 2022, \u00e0 80%. Au Qu\u00e9bec, on passe de 97% de <em>bonne opinion<\/em> pour le num\u00e9ro un de 2013, Google, \u00e0 89% pour notre num\u00e9ro un de cette ann\u00e9e Groupe Jean Coutu. Il y une lente \u00e9rosion du capital de marque, m\u00eame chez les premiers de classe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Finalement, en corolaire de ces deux premiers constats, nous constatons un jeu de vases communiquant entre les % de <em>bonne opinion<\/em> et de<em> ne conna\u00eet pas assez<\/em> pour avoir une opinion<\/strong>, avec une hausse m\u00e9diane de 19% au Canada et de 6% au Qu\u00e9bec pour 2022 comparativement \u00e0 2013.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Tel que not\u00e9 par<strong> Christian Bourque<\/strong>, vice-pr\u00e9sident ex\u00e9cutif chez L\u00e9ger : \u00abIl y a une perte de capital de marque dans l\u2019opinion publique. En somme, si de grandes entreprises connues continuent d\u2019occuper le palmar\u00e8s des 10, voir des 20 ou des 50 entreprises les mieux r\u00e9put\u00e9es, elles le font aujourd\u2019hui avec de moins bons scores de r\u00e9putation que par le pass\u00e9.
