Du 15\u00a0novembre au 1<sup>er<\/sup>\u00a0d\u00e9cembre\u00a02021, nous avons men\u00e9 un sondage en ligne aupr\u00e8s de plus de 3\u00a0000\u00a0Canadiens qui sont actuellement employ\u00e9s, ou qui vont bient\u00f4t entrer sur le march\u00e9 du travail ou le r\u00e9int\u00e9grer, afin de comprendre la mani\u00e8re dont ils \u00e9voluent et naviguent dans leur milieu de travail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cet article pr\u00e9sente un aper\u00e7u de certains des principaux faits saillants de l\u2019\u00e9tude. Les r\u00e9sultats de notre \u00e9tude ont remis en question quatre pr\u00e9jug\u00e9s g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement r\u00e9pandus sur les employ\u00e9s et la Grande D\u00e9mission, notamment\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>l\u2019\u00e9quilibre vie professionnelle\/vie priv\u00e9e est r\u00e9alisable;<\/li><li>les jeunes ne veulent pas travailler;<\/li><li>le mod\u00e8le de travail traditionnel est d\u00e9mod\u00e9;<\/li><li>la Grande D\u00e9mission est le reflet de l\u2019insatisfaction des employ\u00e9s.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Les donn\u00e9es de notre sondage ont r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 que l\u2019histoire ne s\u2019arr\u00eate pas l\u00e0. Elles indiquent que nous devons r\u00e9imaginer la mani\u00e8re dont le travail et la vie priv\u00e9e interagissent, aider les jeunes travailleurs \u00e0 d\u00e9finir leur parcours professionnel, \u00e9quilibrer le retour au travail en trouvant ce qui convient aux employ\u00e9s et comprendre pourquoi les employ\u00e9s d\u00e9missionnent afin d\u2019am\u00e9liorer les possibilit\u00e9s de r\u00e9tention.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">L\u2019APPROCHE DE LA R\u00c9ALIT\u00c9 HUMAINE\u00a0: EXAMINER LES RH SOUS UNE NOUVELLE PERSPECTIVE<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019approche de la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 humaine est ressortie des r\u00e9sultats de notre sondage. Elle propose de r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir \u00e0 notre approche quant aux relations avec les employ\u00e9s afin d\u2019am\u00e9liorer l\u2019attrait de ceux-ci et leur maintien en poste. Elle comprend quatre principaux \u00e9l\u00e9ments\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Red\u00e9finir la mobilisation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Aller au-del\u00e0 des mesures habituelles d\u2019engagement des employ\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Un mod\u00e8le hybride qui fonctionne<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Maximiser l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 d\u2019un mod\u00e8le de travail hybride en tenant compte des pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences des employ\u00e9s et en soutenant la sant\u00e9 mentale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.
