{"id":16375,"date":"2022-06-16T15:39:28","date_gmt":"2022-06-16T15:39:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/leger360.com\/gaspillage-alimentaire-au-quebec-16-juin-2022\/"},"modified":"2024-02-09T09:59:35","modified_gmt":"2024-02-09T09:59:35","slug":"gaspillage-alimentaire-au-quebec-16-juin-2022","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/leger360.com\/fr\/gaspillage-alimentaire-au-quebec-16-juin-2022\/","title":{"rendered":"Le gaspillage alimentaire au Qu\u00e9bec \u2013 16 juin 2022"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Le Conseil de la transformation alimentaire du Qu\u00e9bec (CTAQ) a mandat\u00e9 L\u00e9ger afin d\u2019effectuer un sondage pour conna\u00eetre les habitudes et perceptions des Qu\u00e9b\u00e9cois face au gaspillage alimentaire.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-quelques-faits-saillants-de-notre-sondage-portant-sur-le-gaspillage-alimentaire-au-quebec\">QUELQUES FAITS SAILLANTS DE NOTRE SONDAGE PORTANT SUR LE GASPILLAGE ALIMENTAIRE AU QU\u00c9BEC.\u00a0<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>La majorit\u00e9 des r\u00e9pondants (51%) jettent des aliments principalement parce qu\u2019ils les oublient dans le r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur,\u00a0le garde-manger ou le comptoir. Cette cause est plus pr\u00e9sente chez les r\u00e9pondants de l\u2019Ouest du Qu\u00e9bec (59%), les m\u00e9nages avec un revenu de 100 000$ et plus (58%), les 35-54 ans (57%) et les foyers avec des enfants (57%).\u00a0<\/li><li>La date de p\u00e9remption \u00e9chue repr\u00e9sente la deuxi\u00e8me plus importante raison qui am\u00e8ne les r\u00e9pondants \u00e0 jeter des aliments (40%). Cette raison a \u00e9t\u00e9 mentionn\u00e9e plus souvent par les 18-34 ans (50%) et les m\u00e9nages avec un revenu de 100 000$ et plus (50%), mais elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 moins souvent mentionn\u00e9e chez les 55 ans et plus (33%). Les r\u00e9pondants sensibles \u00e0 la date de p\u00e9remption sont plus nombreux \u00e0 gaspiller pour cette raison (67%).\u00a0<\/li><li>Bien que 18% des r\u00e9pondants jettent les aliments \u00e0 la date de p\u00e9remption ou plus t\u00f4t, la majorit\u00e9 (69%) se permettent de continuer \u00e0 consommer les aliments quelques jours apr\u00e8s que la date soit \u00e9chue<strong>.<\/strong>\u00a0<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-id=\"35094\" src=\"https:\/\/leger360.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/Graphique_publication_Gaspillage-alimentaire-1-1024x576.jpg\" alt=\"R\u00e9sultat sondage sur le gaspillage alimentaire au Qu\u00e9bec.\" class=\"wp-image-35094\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-methodologie-du-sondage\">M\u00c9THODOLOGIE DU SONDAGE<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Sondage Web\u202fr\u00e9alis\u00e9 aupr\u00e8s de 1 038 Qu\u00e9b\u00e9cois et Qu\u00e9b\u00e9coises \u00e2g\u00e9s(\u00e9es) de 18 ans ou plus.\u00a0<\/li><li>Sondage effectu\u00e9 aupr\u00e8s d\u2019un \u00e9chantillon repr\u00e9sentatif de pan\u00e9listes du panel LEO de L\u00e9ger.\u00a0<\/li><li>Les donn\u00e9es ont \u00e9t\u00e9 pond\u00e9r\u00e9es selon l\u2019\u00e2ge, la r\u00e9gion, la scolarit\u00e9, la langue maternelle et la pr\u00e9sence d\u2019enfants dans le m\u00e9nage pour que l\u2019\u00e9chantillon soit repr\u00e9sentatif de la population \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tude.
