Cet indice permet de quantifier l\u2019\u00e9volution du stress \u00e9conomique \u00e0 travers le temps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Actuellement cet indice se situe \u00e0 38,8 sur une base de 100, ce qui indique que l\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 demeure relativement l\u00e9g\u00e8re pour l\u2019ensemble de la population qu\u00e9b\u00e9coise. N\u00e9anmoins, 85 % des Qu\u00e9b\u00e9cois vivent de l\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 financi\u00e8re, mais cela a des niveaux variables allant de l\u00e9ger \u00e0 extr\u00eame.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-faits-saillants\">FAITS SAILLANTS<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Selon les r\u00e9sultats du rapport, c&rsquo;est 85% de la population qu\u00e9b\u00e9coise vit de l\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 financi\u00e8re, et ce, \u00e0 diff\u00e9rents niveaux.<\/li><li>42% des Qu\u00e9b\u00e9cois vivent de l\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 financi\u00e8re importante (mod\u00e9r\u00e9e \u00e0 extr\u00eame). Couvrir certaines d\u00e9penses essentielles devient pour ces personnes un enjeu du quotidien. Plus d\u2019un jeune sur deux de 18 \u00e0 34 ans (55%) se retrouvent dans cette cat\u00e9gorie.<\/li><li>L&rsquo;anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 financi\u00e8re ne touche pas les gens de la m\u00eame fa\u00e7on, les groupes les plus repr\u00e9sent\u00e9s dans les niveaux s\u00e9v\u00e8res \u00e0 extr\u00eames sont : les personnes ayant un revenu familial inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 40\u00a0000 $, les chefs de famille monoparentale, les femmes, les personnes ayant une limitation fonctionnelle et les personnes sans dipl\u00f4me d\u2019\u00e9tudes postsecondaires.<\/li><li>L\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 financi\u00e8re a des effets sur la vie des gens : 30% des r\u00e9pondants indiquent avoir des troubles du sommeil en raison de leur situation financi\u00e8re, 28% de la difficult\u00e9 \u00e0 se concentrer au travail ou \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole et 26% vivent des conflits familiaux ou des tensions avec d\u2019autres membres de leur foyer.\u00a0<\/li><li>Le Grand Montr\u00e9al compte plus de la moiti\u00e9 des Qu\u00e9b\u00e9cois en situation de pauvret\u00e9, soit 615\u00a0000 personnes.
