Ce sont ces engagements que les clients mettront \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9preuve, surtout dans un contexte de taux \u00e9lev\u00e9s, de co\u00fbt de la vie en hausse et de patience limit\u00e9e.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335559738&quot;:240,&quot;335559739&quot;:240}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Les r\u00e9sultats d&rsquo;une\u00a0\u00e9tude\u00a0de notre \u00e9quipe de Services Financiers<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0montrent qu\u2019\u00e0 premi\u00e8re vue, le syst\u00e8me semble en bonne sant\u00e9. Neuf clients sur dix (90%) estiment que leur institution financi\u00e8re principale tient ses promesses, et 92% jugent l\u2019exp\u00e9rience\u00a0client\u00a0coh\u00e9rente d\u2019un canal \u00e0 l\u2019autre. Ces r\u00e9sultats nets, qui combinent les \u00e9valuations les plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es et les plus mod\u00e9r\u00e9es, peuvent donner l\u2019impression que la marque est solide et que tout fonctionne rondement.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335559738&quot;:240,&quot;335559739&quot;:240}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\"><strong>Mais c\u2019est pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment l\u00e0 que le risque se situe.<\/strong> \u00catre \u00ab globalement solide \u00bb ne signifie pas \u00eatre \u00ab r\u00e9silient sous pression \u00bb. Autrement dit, une part importante de la client\u00e8le per\u00e7oit une promesse qui n\u2019est pas pleinement soutenue par l\u2019exp\u00e9rience. La marque repose alors davantage sur l\u2019habitude et l\u2019optimisme que sur des preuves concr\u00e8tes.\u00a0Une seule erreur, comme un d\u00e9p\u00f4t de paie manqu\u00e9, un dossier de fraude mal g\u00e9r\u00e9 ou un renouvellement hypoth\u00e9caire mal ex\u00e9cut\u00e9, peut suffire \u00e0 faire envisager un changement d\u2019institution.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335559738&quot;:240,&quot;335559739&quot;:240}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Si vous dirigez une banque, une coop\u00e9rative de cr\u00e9dit ou un assureur, la distinction entre une situation r\u00e9ellement solide et une situation qui en donne seulement l\u2019impression devient d\u00e9terminante. C\u2019est la diff\u00e9rence entre une cr\u00e9dibilit\u00e9 sur laquelle on peut capitaliser et une cr\u00e9dibilit\u00e9 qu\u2019il faut constamment d\u00e9fendre. \u00ab Assez \u00bb permet une certaine tol\u00e9rance tant que tout va bien, alors que \u00ab tr\u00e8s \u00bb permet d\u2019obtenir du pardon quand les choses tournent mal. Et des impr\u00e9vus\u00a0en affaires, il y en a.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335559738&quot;:240,&quot;335559739&quot;:240}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">M\u00eame avec de bons r\u00e9sultats globaux, le risque demeure r\u00e9el :\u00a011% des clients se situent en Risque narratif et 6% en \u00c9rosion de la confiance. Elle indique que le client \u00e9coute, mais qu\u2019il n\u2019accorde pas encore sa confiance.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335559738&quot;:240,&quot;335559739&quot;:240}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Attention : les jeunes ne sont pas n\u00e9cessairement plus difficiles \u00e0 satisfaire.
