Pour moi, cette distinction est essentielle. L\u2019IA nous permet d\u00e9j\u00e0 d\u2019aller plus vite dans la collecte, l\u2019analyse et la synth\u00e8se des donn\u00e9es, en r\u00e9duisant \u00e0 quelques heures des t\u00e2ches qui prenaient auparavant des jours, voire des semaines.<\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est une r\u00e9elle occasion pour notre secteur, \u00e0 condition de garder en t\u00eate que la rapidit\u00e9 ne remplace pas la qualit\u00e9 de l\u2019analyse. La valeur de la recherche repose toujours sur notre capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 poser les bonnes questions, \u00e0 comprendre le contexte, \u00e0 faire ressortir ce qui compte vraiment et \u00e0 transformer les r\u00e9sultats en actions concr\u00e8tes. Ce sont des comp\u00e9tences profond\u00e9ment humaines.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 mesure que l\u2019IA \u00e9voluera, notre r\u00f4le consistera moins \u00e0 trouver des r\u00e9ponses qu\u2019\u00e0 aider les clients \u00e0 distinguer les r\u00e9ponses qui comptent, \u00e0 comprendre pourquoi elles comptent et \u00e0 savoir quoi faire ensuite. Je crois aussi que l\u2019on accordera encore plus d\u2019importance \u00e0 la compr\u00e9hension des motivations derri\u00e8re les opinions et les comportements. Plus l\u2019information devient facile d\u2019acc\u00e8s, plus la compr\u00e9hension humaine prend de la valeur. Les outils, les m\u00e9thodes et les enjeux d\u2019affaires ont \u00e9volu\u00e9 au fil du temps, mais une conviction est demeur\u00e9e constante pour moi : mieux nous comprenons les gens, mieux nous pouvons aider nos clients \u00e0 prendre des d\u00e9cisions qui m\u00e8nent \u00e0 des r\u00e9sultats porteurs de sens.<\/p>\n<p>Je suis \u00e9galement fi\u00e8re de ma r\u00e9silience. La vie et les carri\u00e8res suivent rarement le parcours pr\u00e9vu. Les organisations ont acc\u00e8s \u00e0 plus de donn\u00e9es que jamais, mais elles cherchent encore souvent \u00e0 y voir plus clair. Notre r\u00f4le est de les aider \u00e0 d\u00e9gager l\u2019essentiel, \u00e0 cerner ce qui compte vraiment et \u00e0 prendre des d\u00e9cisions \u00e9clair\u00e9es, fond\u00e9es sur des donn\u00e9es probantes. Compte tenu de notre expertise en mesure de l\u2019opinion et des perceptions du march\u00e9, il ne s\u2019agit pas simplement d\u2019un \u00e9nonc\u00e9 de positionnement : c\u2019est ce pour quoi nous sommes reconnus et respect\u00e9s.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Cette force nous permet de mieux comprendre les raisons derri\u00e8re les comportements, de prioriser les occasions \u00e0 saisir et de traduire les r\u00e9sultats en pistes concr\u00e8tes, directement align\u00e9es sur les besoins d\u2019affaires de nos clients. La recherche ne devrait pas seulement r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 des questions. Elle devrait aussi ouvrir la voie \u00e0 ce que les clients peuvent faire ensuite.
