Deputy General Manager
Audrey has served as Leger’s deputy general manager since 2020. She oversees the implementation of organizational development and continuous improvement projects. Her role is to provide motivating leadership to Leger’s various departments and ensure that priorities are aligned with the allocated resources.
Recently, she participated in work virtualization and contributing to Leger’s strategic direction. She piloted the implementation of the FLEX program, which offers a hybrid work environment combining performance and happiness at work.
With a master’s degree in project management, Audrey is known for her organizational skills, communication abilities and attention to detail. Her 10 years of experience as an event-planning manager have enabled her to develop the ability to manage several projects simultaneously, from strategy to completion. She is motivated by the successful implementation of innovative projects that get stakeholders on board and improve the organization.
