Since joining Leger in 2017, Bich has led the Analytics department, where innovative solutions are continuously being developed and brought to market. Prior to joining the Leger team, Bich served as senior customer insights lead at Dunnhumby, a game intelligence specialist at Ubisoft and an economic consultant at the World Bank.
With more than ten years of international experience across multiple industries, Bich passionately empowers her clients in their journey to customer centricity. With a strong quantitative and business background and well-developed strategic thinking skills, she leverages the power of advanced analytics and machine learning to turn data into actionable insights. By developing her clients’ capabilities to exploit data-driven insights, Bich supports them in their digital transformations.
Bich’s fields of expertise are economics, statistics, quantitative modelling, predictive analytics, data storytelling and visualization and business process improvement (Lean Green Belt Certification).
She has offered data analytics advisory services to clients in various industries and has worked in strategic partnerships with clients including Ubisoft Montréal, Nespresso, Prevost and various municipalities worldwide.
