Her fields of expertise are: economics, statistics, quantitative modelling, predictive analytics, data storytelling & visualization, business process improvement (Lean Green Belt Certification).
Since joining Leger in 2017, Bich has been leading the Analytics Department, where innovative solutions are continuously being developed and brought to market. Prior to joining the Leger team, Bich served as Senior Customer Insights Lead at Dunnhumby, Game Intelligence Specialist at Ubisoft and Economic Consultant at the World Bank.
