Throughout her 28-years strong career at Léger, Caroline Roy has steadily risen up the company ranks from her first job as interviewer to her current position as Associate Vice President. She has thus developed a broad-based expertise in designing measurement tools that seamlessly fit into customer strategy. She contributes to the design and development of innovative research models, particularly in the municipal field. Caroline’s strength lies in her client-focused approach, translating into a relationship of trust, reactivity to client requests and in-depth knowledge of research processes.
Over the course of her career, Caroline has managed more than 2,000 market and social research projects and, in addition, found time to successfully complete her MBA.
