Associate Vice-President, Client Solutions and Sales
Laurent has been on the client solutions and sales team since 2018 and was appointed associate vice-president, client solutions and sales in April 2022. He is responsible for the business development of all Leger products and services, as well as customer loyalty. In January 2021, Laurent was entrusted with developing Leger’s specialized studies. He coordinates the efforts of all the teams involved in specialized study marketing and sales.
Laurent has over ten years of professional experience in the fields of Software as a Service (SaaS), market research, analytics, customer experience and finance. He has a distinguished record of strategic thinking and supporting companies and organizations with their transformations by facilitating an understanding of markets and individuals, including citizens, consumers, customers, members, employees and decision makers. Laurent holds a Master of Management Sciences with a specialization in Commercial Strategy and Negotiation Policy from the University of Paris Panthéon-Sorbonne (France).
