Since October 2019, Sandrine Lépinay took over the management of Leger MetriCX, a Leger subsidiary that specializes in CEM (Customer Experience Management) and VoC (Voice of the Customer). She heads a team of 20 professionals consisting of customer experience consultants, project managers and IT developers. In addition to managing Leger MetriCX, Sandrine is closely involved in monitoring large-scale client projects to provide strategic support to the customer service team. She is responsible for Leger MetriCX business development and expanding its service offering. She also oversees technological development of the VoC platform. Finally, Sandrine is a member of Leger’s executive management team.
An astute manager, she is particularly known for her inspiring team leadership, her high-quality analysis of the issues and her effective sense of identifying and implementing innovative, relevant and effective solutions.
After holding the position of Research Director at Leger in New York from 2002 to 2005, Sandrine joined the Montreal team where she successively held the positions of Research Director (2005) and Associate Vice-President, Communications and Public Affairs (2009), she then became Deputy General Manager and Chief Privacy Officer (2013) and Executive Vice-President (2018).
Ms. Lépinay holds a Master’s in Management from the Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières and a Master’s in Economics from the Université de Tours (France).
