In March 2021, Sandrine Lépinay was appointed executive vice president of general management. She is in charge of all of the company’s operational departments: Leger Opinion (LEO), Leger Analytics (LEA) and the statistics, marketing and operations departments. She ensures that these departments’ activities are oriented towards efficiency, profitability, quality and the continuous improvement of services and processes. She is also involved in major project follow-ups to support the customer service team from a strategic point of view.
An astute manager, she stands out based on her inspiring leadership of her teams, the quality of her issue analysis and her excellent ability to identify and implement innovative, relevant and effective solutions.
Sandrine joined Leger in 2002 as a research director in the New York office. In 2005, Sandrine joined the Montreal team, where she successively held the positions of research director and associate vice-president of Communications and Public Affairs (2009). She then became Leger’s general manager and chief privacy officer (2013) and executive vice-president of Leger MetriCX (2018). From 2018 to 2021, she led a team of 20 professionals consisting of customer experience consultants, project managers and technology developers.
Sandrine holds a master’s degree in management from the Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières and a master’s degree in economics from the Université de Tours (France).
