Vice-President, Communications and Public Affairs
As a vice-president of Leger’s Communications and Public Affairs division, Sébastien works with a team of strategists, researchers and analysts recognized for their expertise, qualifications and professionalism. On a day-to-day basis, he manages projects in a variety of sectors for numerous clients in the public and private sectors. He is responsible for managing and coordinating his research projects, providing strategic guidance to clients, research design, developing data collection tools, conducting analysis and formulating strategic recommendations.
Prior to joining the Leger team in 2013, Sébastien was a research director at a company dedicated to strategic communications, public affairs and lobbying. He has a keen understanding of major political issues and public opinion. He has worked for political organizations, public corporations, and private companies in the energy, health, natural resources and tourism sectors, and also taught scientific methodology at the college level.
He holds an MSc in Sociology from the University of Montreal and is known for his analytical skills and ability to synthesize.
