Steve is a seasoned and accomplished market research operations expert with over 20 years of experience at major Canadian firms and, more specifically, at Leger since 2013. He has held and excelled at various positions throughout his career, ranging from telephone interviewer to call centre supervisor, to director of call centre operations, and finally vice-president of operations.
Steve oversees Leger’s entire operations department, including experienced teams of survey programmers, project managers, coders, call centre managers/supervisors and the internal translation team.
He is responsible for the overall management of all operational units, structuring operational workflow and guiding his teams in the interests of efficiency and improved performance, with the ultimate goal of achieving customer satisfaction.
Steve’s career path has enabled him to contribute to the company’s expansion and growth through his operational expertise and team management skills.
