The WOW study has been the specialist in measuring the in-store customer experience for over 10 years.

This comprehensive study evaluates various performance indicators specific to retail businesses. Year after year, it reveals the ranking of the retailers that offer the best in-store customer experience, their strengths and weaknesses, and the main in-store irritants.

In 2021, 26,000 Quebecers and Ontarians were surveyed to evaluate nearly 200 retailers on 20 dimensions of the customer experience.
