REPORT CARD ON CONTRACEPTION 2006

The Report Card on Contraception provides, for the first time, the defining outlook on the state of birth control in Canada today. This groundbreaking study surveyed both moms and daughters who candidly described their attitudes, behaviours and opinions as they relate to birth control. The Report Card was based on two national polls, which surveyed 855 young Canadian women aged 15 to 24 and 510 mothers who have daughters between the ages of 15 and 24. A multi-methodological approach was implemented for the Report Card: to ensure the daughters felt free to answer our questions honestly, their data was collected using an online interface, whereas moms were administered a more traditional telephone survey.
