Mukul Aggarwal, Research Director
Mukul is a seasoned research professional with over eight years of experience translating consumer behaviors, attitudes, and motivations into strategic insights. His work is grounded in a deep understanding of how people think, feel, and make decisions—empowering brands to build stronger connections with their audiences.
Skilled in both qualitative and quantitative methodologies, Mukul has led a wide range of research initiatives including brand tracking, U&A studies, segmentation, and product testing. He is passionate about delivering insights that don’t just inform but inspire action, helping clients uncover growth opportunities and shape smarter business strategies. Mukul has also successfully managed multimillion-dollar research portfolios, ensuring every project delivers clear, consumer-driven value.
Jordan Gollup, Senior Research Director
Jordan brings deep expertise in consumer insights, with a focus on packaging and retail, telecommunications, financial services, and technology. Throughout his career, he has prioritized being more than a research provider—acting instead as a true partner to clients by delivering actionable insights and strategic guidance. He’s known for navigating complex business challenges and driving outcomes that matter.
Jordan previously held senior roles at top research organizations, including GfK (now NielsenIQ), where he served as a Senior Research Manager and Senior Project Management Expert. Before that, he was a Project Director at PRS (now Behaviorally). Across these roles, he’s demonstrated a consistent ability to lead high-impact research and deliver meaningful results.
Munish Joshi, Director, Business Development
Munish Joshi is a leader in market research and digital strategy professional with over 20 years of experience helping organizations uncover insights and drive business success. With a consultative, solutions-oriented mindset, Munish brings a deep understanding of both the art and science of research to every engagement.
His career spans a wide range of industries, where he has partnered with clients to navigate complex challenges through tailored research approaches. From quantitative and qualitative to mixed-modal methodologies, Munish leverages the full spectrum of tools to uncover actionable insights that fuel strategic decision-making.
Jeff McKenna, Data Scientist
Jeff is a pragmatic researcher who understands the requirements and application of a range of research methodologies, such as: latent class, clustering, and CART techniques (often used in market segmentation projects), conjoint and experimental choice designs (often used in messaging & product development and optimization), and correlation and regression analyses (often used in satisfaction and brand driver studies). Finally, he is an advanced user of SPSS Statistics, Excel and Tableau for data mining, analytics and visualization.
Over his 25 years in market research, Jeff has had direct hands-on experience in all stages of market research, including research design, advanced analytics, business intelligence, and strategic planning. This has enabled him to bring pragmatism and expertise when assisting organizations to drive positive changes through data and analytics. Jeff has delivered strategic and actionable solutions to clients at all levels in client organizations (from market researchers to CEOs), including complex customer experience, segmentation, brand tracking and integrated EFM programs.
