Ariane holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from the Université de Montréal and a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Management from HEC Montréal, where she deepened her expertise in strategic planning and organizational management.
She joined Leger Opinion in 2010 and steadily rose through the ranks by building strong expertise in data collection, web panel management, and the delivery of innovative digital projects. Now Vice-President and General Manager of Leger Opinion, she leads the department’s strategic direction and oversees a rapidly growing team of more than 30 people.
Driven by a people-first leadership style rooted in active listening, trust, and fairness, Ariane combines operational rigor with strategic vision to foster innovation, collective performance, and a meaningful employee experience.
