Kyle began his career at Leger in 2008 as a call center interviewer. He is now Vice-President of Analytics and Statistics and leads a growing team of professionals dedicated to producing high-quality, insightful deliverables. 

Since taking on a leadership role in 2018, Kyle has been instrumental in expanding the team, restructuring its operations, and fostering a culture of collaboration, strategic thinking, and methodological rigor. 

Through periods of rapid growth and transition, he champions data integrity, leads the implementation of innovative methodologies, and maintains operational continuity. 

Kyle leads the Analytics team, with a vision to deliver more exploratory and consultative insight on research mandates further enriching the company’s already robust offerings.

Kyle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Concordia University. A lifelong student of behavior and society, he is driven by a desire to understand how people think, knowing that this leads to deeper insight into the world around us.
