She oversees the implementation of action plans aligned with corporate objectives, ensuring operational efficiency and optimizing profitability. Her engaging leadership style fosters seamless and rigorous execution, with a focus on results and cross-departmental collaboration. Driven by collective success and a people-first approach, she actively contributes to a strong corporate culture through high-impact initiatives that enhance performance and employee engagement. 

Since joining Leger in 2019, she has contributed to the implementation of various projects aligned with business objectives. In 2025, she also served in an interim role at Leger DGTL, Leger’s digital agency. Her involvement helped strengthen synergies between digital expertise and research services to maximize the value delivered to clients. 

Audrey holds a Master’s degree in Project Management and is known for her strong organizational skills, effective communication, and attention to detail. With over ten years of experience in event project management, she has developed the expertise to lead the organization of annual symposiums, from strategy to execution.
