City Index 2023: From a Silent Majority to a Vocal Minority

November 1, 2023

What is most important to the people living in your city? Are they happy with how it is managed? Find out with our City Index study.

For many years, our public affairs experts have been dedicated to helping Canadian municipalities evaluate the services they provide to citizens. We are excited to announce the first Canadian edition of our City Index specialized study. This unique study helps you listen to your citizens’ concerns and improve the services your city offers to the public based on real citizen feedback. It also allows you to see how satisfied your residents are compared to residents in other similarly sized municipalities.

REGISTER FOR THE CITY INDEX WEBINAR

To provide you with a preview of what to expect from the City Index, we are hosting an exclusive webinar on November 22, 2023, from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time. It will explore Canadian citizens’ perceptions and satisfaction with specific aspects of municipal services and management, including snow removal, cleanliness, garbage and recycling collection, drinking water quality, etc.

SPECIAL FEATURE

In today’s digital age, social media plays a pivotal role in shaping citizen interactions and perceptions. When your city uses social media effectively, you can foster engagement, transparency, and responsiveness, all of which contribute to greater citizen satisfaction. This year’s special feature of our City Index study, presented by Leger DGTL, provides insights into what citizens think about how their city manages its social media and what they expect.

This webinar is free to attend, but you must register to participate. Not available when the webinar is scheduled? Register, and you will receive a recording after the broadcast.
