Leger Launches MetriCX, Its Customer Experience Consulting Service

Montreal, August 27, 2020 – Leger is proud to launch Leger MetriCX, its new strategic and operational customer experience (CX) consulting service. This new team will support organizations that want to become customer centric.

Recently, Leger joined the Qualtrics Partner Network, which features the Qualtrics XM Platform™, one of the most powerful customer experience management platforms in the world. Qualtrics selected Leger as its first Canadian-owned partner because of Leger’s strategic consulting expertise.

Leger’s customer experience consulting service (offered on the Canadian market) will provide clients with support throughout the implementation of their customer experience program, whether for the entire duration or at any stage of their CX journey (on any platform).

Leger MetriCX is led by Sandrine Lépinay, Executive Vice-President, accompanied by Isabelle Blanchet, Vice-President, Customer Experience, a CCXP (Certified Customer Experience Professional), certified by the CXPA (Customer Experience Professionals Association). They are supported by an experienced team of VoC (Voice of the Customer) solution specialists and online community experts.
