Arlen joined Leger’s operations team in 2014. He occupied a multitude of positions, culminating in his role as director of operations. Leveraging his extensive experience in market research, project management, survey programming and call center management, Arlen rapidly transformed Leger’s operations team to become a state-of-the-art department at the forefront of innovation that surpasses industry standards.
Arlen is an expert in process development and implementation, with over 18 years of experience in Voice of the Customer solutions, panel management, operations and project management. As vice-president, solutions & implementation services, Arlen is responsible for leading Leger’s CX team in the design, implementation and management of Leger’s CX solutions.
