Hiring Process

Step 1: Submit your application for the position that interests you.

We appreciate your interest in joining the Leger team! Only candidates who are selected for an interview will be contacted.

Step 2: First Interview – Share your background and experience.

If you are selected, we will contact you by email to set up a phone or video interview. Following your interview, we will let you know via phone or email if we are interested in proceeding to the next step. Depending on the position, this may involve completing a test (the duration will vary based on the position) or moving to a second interview.

Step 3: Evaluation – Your time to shine.

You may be asked to complete tests to validate your skills. A member of our HR team will contact you by phone to share the results of your tests and the next steps. 

Step 4: Second Interview – We want to learn more.

The purpose of the second interview is to ensure that you are a good fit for Leger and Leger is a good fit for you. It will involve a video interview with a member of our HR team and the manager of the team that you have applied to work on. We will follow up with you via phone or email following the second interview. 

Step 5: Additional follow-ups, if necessary.

If we need any additional information, we will ask you for it at this stage. We will let you know whether your application was successful or not.
