Today, we’re introducing Jean-Bernard Pierre. Jean-Bernard started in our call centre before advancing within our company.

Success Story EN - JB
  • 2002: Interviewer, Call Centre
  • 2006: Supervisor, Call Centre
  • 2012: Programmer, Operations

Jennifer Lee-Gagné, Director of Programming at Leger’s Montreal office, wanted to highlight Jean-Bernard’s exceptional career:

“Jean-Bernard (JB) is renowned throughout the company for his exceptional organizational and client service skills. We know that JB gets the job done, and gets it done well.

As any programmer who has had to take on the Omnibus while JB was on vacation can attest, it takes an enormous amount of patience and dedication to tackle one of the biggest ongoing projects in Operations.

His contagious laughter keeps everyone smiling, and his humour keeps everyone laughing. We appreciate your contribution to the ever-growing Leger team and feel lucky to work with you.”
