On May 11, 2022, at noon Eastern Time, we hosted a webinar featuring DR. GUY LACHAPELLE (PROFESSOR, DEPARTMENT OF POLITICAL SCIENCE, CONCORDIA UNIVERSITY)

The webinar featured a discussion about the latest results from the World Values Survey. Dr. Guy Lachapelle took attendees through the most recent findings and showed how Canada compares to other countries when it comes to:

  • cultural values, attitudes and beliefs towards gender, family and religion
  • attitudes and experiences of poverty
  • education, health, and security
  • social tolerance and trust 

He also shared information about new topics, such as the issues of justice, moral principles, corruption, accountability and risk, migration, national security and global governance.
