What is WOW?

2019 is the ninth year that Leger’s WOW study has been conducted in Ontario to identify the retailers that provide the best in-store customer experience.

WOW enables retailers to understand:

  • How they can develop and retain their clientele

The study enables companies to benchmark themselves against their competitive set, measure the impact of in-store innovations, and inspire themselves based on the performance of players outside their sector who lead by example.
