Jean-Sébastien has been working for Leger’s Operations Department since 1991. Over the course of his career, he has amassed leading expertise in costing as well as developing strategies and methodologies applied to call centre projects and management. This indisputable experience positions Jean-Sébastien as one of the best “operations” managers in Canada. His knowledge of outsourcing and the Web has made him an indispensable reference in the field. Jean-Sébastien is primarily in charge of overseeing the management of Leger’s research projects (telephone, face-to-face, Web and focus groups), thus ensuring their profitability, quality and timely delivery.
