Vice-President, Customer Experience & Implementation Solutions
William joined Leger in September 2021 as the vice-president of customer experience & implementation solutions. As the division lead for Leger’s CX team, William is responsible for leading the team in the design, delivery and strategy behind Leger’s CX solutions, including CX consulting services, Voice of the Customer implementation services, and online community management services.
William brings together a strong analytical, technical and client-facing background to help brands centre their organizations around customer experience initiatives and operationalization. Having worked with large organizations in fields as varied as healthcare, automotive, telecom and retail, William is passionate about the power and impact that data at the right time and in the right context can have to drive businesses forward.
Prior to Leger, William was vice-president, insights at iperceptions, where he led the design, delivery and strategy behind the Analytical Services department and client retention & growth strategies for Voice of the Customer solutions to a variety of Fortune 100 clients. Before that, William worked at Opinion Search, a market and consumer research organization, in project management and team leadership functions. William has a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Concordia University.
