Pornography Consumption Among Americans [Leger – The Atlantic]

In collaboration with The Atlantic, Leger regularly surveys Americans about a variety of topical issues and current events. From May 21 to May 23, 2021, we explored their perspectives on pornography consumption among Americans.

This survey asked Americans about:

• The last time they watched pornography
• The average amount of time they spend watching pornography per week
• The porn sites they visit most
• How pornography has impacted their relationship
• Whether they feel pornography is a public health crisis
• and more

SURVEY METHODOLOGY

This web survey was conducted from May 21, 2021 to May 23, 2021 among 1,002 Americans, 18 years of age or older, randomly recruited from Leger’s online panel, LEO.

For comparison, a probability sample of this size would have a margin of error of ±3.09%, 19 times out of 20.
