Sarah Mjidou is a leader in digital transformation and artificial intelligence, with nearly 20 years of experience at the intersection of strategy, execution, and large-scale innovation. As president and founder of ALNIXIA, a consulting firm specializing in AI, she supports organizations and their management teams in the design, governance, and deployment of high-impact digital transformations and AI programs.

Previously, Sarah was a senior director at the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec, where she built and led the Artificial Intelligence team and designed the organization-wide generative AI program, combining innovation, operational rigor, ethics, and value creation.

Committed to community involvement, Sarah is also Chair of the Board of Directors of Centre Petite Échelle, actively contributing to initiatives with a strong social impact.
