In collaboration with The Atlantic, Leger regularly surveys Americans about a variety of topical issues and current events. From August 13 to August 15, 2021, we explored their perspectives about vaccinations.

This survey asked Americans about whether they

  • Have received a COVID-19 vaccine
  • Currently wear a mask to certain indoor locations
  • Support an immediate reinstatement of mask mandates
  • Think children under 12 years old should need to wear masks in school this September
  • and more

SURVEY METHODOLOGY

This web survey was conducted from August 13 to August 15, 2021 among 1,005 Americans, 18 years of age or older, randomly recruited from Leger’s online panel, LEO.

For comparison, a probability sample of this size would have a margin of error of ±3.09%, 19 times out of 20.
