[WEBINAR] Being a Young Worker in 2022

November 16, 2021

Leger presents a series on young people

3 webinars to better understand millennials and Generation Z

Leger presents the 4th edition of its Youth Study, the largest Canadian survey ever conducted among the younger generations. Based on a survey of 3,500 Canadians and Americans between the ages of 15 and 39, the Youth Study profiles two young generations: Generation Z and millennials.

The emergence of younger generations as baby boomers retire is completely changing the labour market. The labour shortage context is leading companies to ask, “How can my company attract and retain young workers?”

Based on an analysis of the answers to more than 20 questions asked to young people, this webinar reveals the younger generations’ aspirations and concerns related to the labour market. Presented on December 16, 2021, this webinar defines what it means to be a young worker in 2022.
