Year after year, the WOW Digital study reveals the ranking of Canadian retailers that offer the best online customer experience, from shopping to delivery. For the 2022 WOW Digital study, nearly 20,000 Canadians were surveyed to evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of more than 200 websites/mobile apps in Canada across more than 25 different sectors.
