LEGER IS PLEASED TO ANNOUNCE THAT ITS EMPLOYEES HAVE EARNED BONUSES THROUGH THE PROFIT-SHARING PROGRAM (PSP)
In 2019, Leger introduced its Profit-Sharing Program (PSP). This program rewards eligible full-time employees with a bonus if Leger exceeds its financial goals for the fiscal year. 2021 marks the second year that we have awarded this bonus.
As noted by Véronique M. Lippinghof, Director, Human Resources, “The profit-sharing program enables us to recognize how collective efforts contribute to achieving results. Each employee contributes to the company’s growth and, together, our actions are oriented towards Leger’s profitability and success.
