Frank Chipman Joins Leger’s U.S. Office as Vice-President, Healthcare

Philadelphia, July 12, 2021 – Leger has appointed Frank Chipman as Vice-President, Healthcare of its American office.

Frank is an effective team leader who specializes in research for healthcare and CPG companies. Before joining Leger, Frank was General Manager/Vice-President at Lieberman Research Worldwide (LRW) and Vice-President at Millward Brown.

Frank has a wealth of experience in research design, customer management and business development. He will lead the U.S. Healthcare team and offer clients a new quantitative and qualitative approach in marketing research, particularly with new online community tools.
