Leger Announces Partnership with Medallia LivingLens

June 16, 2021

Montreal, June 16, 2021 – Leger is pleased to announce its partnership with Medallia LivingLens, a video intelligence platform that will provide Leger’s clients with speech, sentiment, emotion, and object data to gain deeper, richer insights to drive their strategic decisions.

LivingLens enables respondents to answer open-ended questions in video form, resulting in more relevant and elaborate qualitative data.

The tool will seamlessly integrate with Leger’s existing online survey platform. It can also be used as a standalone for qualitative research projects (including virtual in-depth interviews, focus groups, user experience (UX) testing, and more).

As noted by Sandie Sparkman, Executive Vice-President, Client Solutions, Leger, “LivingLens is an excellent addition to our full-service suite of research solutions. At Leger, we strive to lead the way by providing our clients with better insights using the latest and greatest technological solutions. We look forward to using this unique tool to help our clients bring the voices and emotions of their target audiences to life.”

“We believe video is the most powerful storytelling tool that drives exceptional customer and employee experiences. We are thrilled to see Leger, the largest Canadian-owned market research firm, tap into the power of video to help their national and international clientele keep pace with growing consumer demands,” noted Shannon Katschilo, AVP & Country Manager, Canada, Medallia.

While this tool enables Leger to deliver better insights to its clients, it also allows respondents to express themselves in a more natural way, which provides them with a more enjoyable and engaging experience.
