Use of Artificial Intelligence in the Recruitment Process
Effective date: October 22, 2026
Our Vision
At Leger, we believe that AI does not replace human intelligence; it amplifies it. Grounded in the reliability of our data and the expertise of our teams, our vision is based on trustworthy AI that harmonizes the way we work and accelerates our ability to create value.
We are looking for candidates who share this vision and who use AI responsibly while demonstrating authenticity, judgment, and integrity. AI can enhance your application, but above all, we want to discover your expertise and potential.
Guidelines for responsible AI use
- Learn about Leger and our industry to better understand our company, our activities, and the requirements of the position.
- Draft and improve their resume and cover letter to better structure their ideas and highlight their experience and skills.
- Prepare for interviews by exploring and practicing potential questions.
- Reflect on their experience and achievements to better identify meaningful examples that highlight their skills and potential.
Unacceptable use of AI
- Misrepresent or exaggerate their experience or skills or embed hidden text in their resume to manipulate the application screening process.
- Use AI to generate answers during live interviews unless explicitly authorized.
- Use AI-generated voices, manipulate videos, or any other technology to conceal or misrepresent their identity.
- Use AI to complete skills tests or any other assessment as part of the process without prior authorization.
If you require an accommodation at any stage of the recruitment process, please inform the recruiter so that we can make the necessary arrangements.
Our Commitment to You
At Leger, we are committed to providing every candidate with a transparent and respectful recruitment experience while protecting their personal information. Human accountability remains at the heart of our process. AI may support our teams, but people remain responsible for all hiring decisions. Candidates are evaluated fairly based on their experience, skills, judgment, and potential.
