THE BEST IN-STORE EXPERIENCES IN ONTARIO AND QUEBEC

A true specialist in measuring the customer experience, WOW evaluates various performance indicators specific to retail businesses. It reveals, year after year, the ranking of Ontario and Quebec retailers offering the best in-store customer experience.

The WOW study presents the strengths and weaknesses of a retailer and its competitors, the main irritants encountered by customers in stores, and the evolution over time of the customer experience offered by different players in the same sector.

Retailers with a score above 90 are included in the list of retailers offering the best in-store customer experience in 2022!

WOW ONTARIO RANKING

The best in-store experiences in Ontario

In 2022, Saje Natural Wellness has outdone itself and took the top spot in the WOW Ontario ranking. This company tops the 148 companies evaluated on more than 20 dimensions of the in-store customer experience. Retailers Lush, Lee Valley Tools, Lindt Chocolate Shop and M&M Food Market rounded out the top 5 in the ranking.

The best in-store experiences in Quebec

This year, Quebec company Tite Frette has entered the WOW Quebec ranking. This company leads the 203 companies evaluated on more than 20 dimensions of the in-store customer experience. Yves Rocher, Shop Santé, Nespresso and Claire France made it into the top 5.

In 2022, Shop Santé reached first place in the WOW Digital ranking. More specifically, the company topped the list of more than 200 websites and mobile apps from companies in 20 different sectors. The SAQ, Simons, Nespresso and Lego are also among the top 5 retailers that offered the best online experiences in 2022.
